My Family

My wife is a homemaker. She's a little older than me, and is a Capricorn. Apparently this means she's Practical (Maybe), Prudent (Yes), Ambitious (No), Disciplined (No), Patient (No), Careful (Yes), Humerous (She makes me laugh), Reserved (Maybe). Just goes to show, the stars aren't always right.

She enjoys working in the garden (our garden is always in bloom), but her favourite hobby is making handmade greetings cards. As you can see from the scan of one of her cards on the right, she's actually quite good at it, but don't tell her I said that or she'll get bigheaded. She enjoys soaps, medical dramas, home make-over and gardening programmes on television, Like myself, she cannot stand reality television, shows. Alan Titmarsh makes her legs go to jelly (only joking).

It's actually John Alderton (remember him? Please Sir, Fathers Day, and a sci-fi film with Sean Connery the name of which eludes me at the moment) who makes her leg's go to jelly.

Her music taste is varied, but she does like Led Zeppelin, Freddie Mercury/Queen, Coldplay, the Beatles. You get the idea.

Our daughter is seven years old, and has now got a typical kid's attitude. She sometimes acts like she knows everything and has an answer for everything. She's still trying to get her head around this crazy world we live in. She recently asked how they know if it's a boy or girl baby when it comes out of the tummy? Do girl babies have a skirt on? Not an easy one to answer that. However, she really is a cutie pie, and our lives wouldn't be complete without her.

We also have a cat called Tisker.

He can be quite a playful cat, as you can probably see from the picture on the left.

The only downside to Tisker is his natural need to provide for his family. It can be upsetting to find dead animals on the doorstep. (Any ideas would be welcome).
